Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Edition 2014 - tweakers.net
few months ago we were at the IFA for the first time with the latest version of Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet, which the manufacturer was given the suffix ’2014 Edition ‘. A little appealing product name if you ask us, but the 2014 edition was called by its high screen, separate appearance and the large amount of software is included. However, an often recurring flaw of Samsung devices stuck here again the head on, the interface was not completely fluent, although not saved on CPU
.
Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), which we will call from now on “the new Note 10.1 ‘is now a while in the Dutch shops and the version that you can buy here differs in one important respect in which the variant we wrote a few months ago. The demonstrators were actually equipped with a Snapdragon 800 – soc Qualcomm, but the version that is for sale in the Netherlands, using Samsung’s own Exynos 5420 Soc. On paper this is just a bit faster, so it could well be that in use there is also noticeable difference.
We got Samsung a test copy of the new Note 10.1 mailed and went with the tablet to work. In this review we look as always installed into the enclosure, the image quality and the software running on the tablet. We pay particular attention to Samsung’s Exynos 5420 chip, the stylus and the performance of the device.
