SEOUL – Samsung might have started the mass production of displays for the Galaxy S5. The South Korean DDaily writes that it is 5.25 inch AMOLED screens.

The displays of the new Samsung flagship, the newspaper have a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels. That equates to a so-called 2K resolution with a pixel density of 560 ppi. There would also be a LCD-variant seating in the pipeline.

Galaxy S5 is expected to be unveiled early next year. The device would also feature a Snapdragon 800/805- or 64 bit Exynos processor, 3GB of RAM, a 16 megapixel camera and Android 4.4 KitKat.
