Samsung Galaxy S4 receives minor update, still Android 4.3 - Android World

Almost KitKat

as yet no Android KitKat, as we reported yesterday, which leaves a bit to wait. The Galaxy S4 will remain a stabbing on Android 4.3, at least until the end of January. But that does not mean that Samsung is still in the meantime. This morning began the rollout of a relatively minor update to 4.3.

Small is beautiful

As far as we are aware, there is little to see in this update now and the improvements are carried out under the hood. That means stability improvements for a better user experience. What is striking is that the update file is quite large, namely 129.44 MB. That seems quite hefty for only some minor improvements and we love this update as the holes. Who knows, maybe there are other issues to light.

T-Mobile to 4.3

S4 users of the branded version ‘of T-Mobile do get more than just stability improvements for this update finally brings their device even to Android 4.3. The unbranded Galaxy S4 was early November this step.
