Why does Samsung Galaxy S2 not connect? - Total Computer

1. Galaxy tried soft-reset (switched off and battery out). Did not help …. remained constant search and report “disconnected”.
2. Via “Settings”, “Wireless and network”, and “Wi-Fi settings” on the router “forgot” to put and then search again (with absolutely the correct PIN) ….. no result.
3. Also removed the check mark from “Mobile networks” in “use packet data”. Did not help.
4. Router reset helped either.
And now comes the weird …
I do my netbook (Acer Aspire One 522), it connects and wham …. the phone too!! !
Have tested it several times. At the moment that makes the laptop connection, then the telephone is doing it also suddenly, at the same time. Even if phone and laptop are very far apart. It clearly has to do with each other.
If I continue to hold the phone just connect the laptop. Blot, But if I’ve been away and come home again, I have the same problem again.

1. why the phone can not connect? What can I do as a layman?
2. why does he do it at the same time makes the laptop connection?
There is also a desktop computer with a cable connected to the router and does it without problems.
Who can say something substantive about? Please do not be too technical, see beginning.
